Rosemary Fisher, Simpson, Wigle LLP

Ms. Fisher is a partner in the firm of Simpson, Wigle LLP, a business law firm. She practises in the areas of commercial litigation, secured transactions and Insolvency Law. She has a BA in history from the University of Western Ontario and a LLB from Osgoode. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1991. Ms. Fisher has written articles and presented addresses on various PPSA and insolvency matters.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and past Director of the Burlington Economic Development Corporation.
