Catherine Patterson, McCarthy Tétrault LLP

Ms. Patterson is a partner of the McCarthy Tetrault litigation group.  Since joining McCarthy Tétrault in 1987, she has appeared in trials and on appeals at all levels in Ontario,  and before a wide variety of administrative tribunals. She practices litigation in the areas of commercial and property disputes, product liability and professional negligence and discipline.  Ms. Patterson has been an instructor in trial advocacy through the Osgoode Hall Law School, Bar Admission Course and the Advocates Society.  She has been an invited speaker on issues relevant to the real property bar most recently on the issue of rights of first refusal.
