Education: University of Toronto (B.A. 1955); Graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1959 with Honours; Received LL.M. in 1977 from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University); Received LL.B. in 1991 from Osgoode Hall Law School; Lectured at Bar Admission Course; Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School since 1977 teaching the Real Estate Transactions Course; Lectured for numerous professional programs for Canadian Bar Association – Ontario and The Law Society of Upper Canada on real estate and mortgage law on such topics including “Cases That Really Scared Me” and “So You’re Not Closing The Deal - A Smorgasbord of Cases”; Qualified as an Expert in Real Estate by the Ontario Court (General Division); Recipient of Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Association Gold Key Award (2003), Canadian Bar Association Award of Excellence in Real Estate (January, 1996) and Osgoode Hall Law School Award of Excellence in Teaching (1994).
