Ms. Rutherford is the Manager of Dispute Resolution & Counsel at Ontario New Home Warranty Program, where she manages administrative proceedings and arbitrations, conducts litigation in the courts, and assists in policy development. She has a masters degree in Civil Litigation and ADR, and has practiced law for fifteen years.
