Mr. Schnurr practices in Toronto at Brian A. Schnurr & Associates. He received his B.A. in 1969 and his LL.B. in 1972 from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1974. He practices in areas of estate legislation, planning and administration, mental incapacity issues and estate mediation. He is a seminar leader and lecturer in the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the Bar Admission course, Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Schnurr has been a frequent lecturer and chairman for estate and trust programs offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and other organizations. Mr. Schnurr has published articles in the Estates and Trust Journal, and has written program materials published by the Law Society of Upper Canada and other organizations. His books Estate Litigation and Annotated Estate Statutes of Ontario are published by Carswell Thomson Professional Publishing.
