Ms. Yagar joined Pallett Valo LLP in 1999 and has been practicing law since 1995. She received her LL.B. with distinction from the University of Western Ontario (1993) and her LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1998), and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her practice is restricted to Wills, Trusts and Estates, with conveyancing related to this practice area. Until 2002 her practice also included residential real estate. She was a member of the Ontario Bar Association sub-committee on electronic searching and registration until the fall of 2003 and has been a frequent speaker with respect to electronic registration issues.
